ReelBoost scans videos, analyzes them across various criteria, predicts potential performance metrics (such as views, likes, comments, and shares), generates estimated virality scores, predicts retention rates, and provides actionable feedback designed to help improve video performance (collectively, the “Analysis & Feedback”).

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReelBoost, including our app, website, and other tools (collectively, the "Service" or "Services").
By accessing or using ReelBoost, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies.

Acknowledgment

Scope of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ReelBoost for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s Usage Rules. This license does not grant ownership of ReelBoost or any related intellectual property.

Maintenance and Support

A&B Business is solely responsible for maintaining and supporting ReelBoost.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.

Disclaimer on Predictions and Virality

The Analysis & Feedback provided by ReelBoost — including predicted views, likes, comments, shares, virality scores, retention rate predictions, and improvement suggestions — is strictly for informational and educational purposes.

It does not constitute professional advice, and does not guarantee virality, growth, or any specific performance outcome.

ReelBoost uses AI algorithms to generate speculative estimates. Actual results may vary significantly due to changes in social media algorithms, audience behavior, content quality, market trends, and other factors.

Therefore:

A&B Business is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any predictions, insights, or feedback generated by ReelBoost. Any actions you take are at your own risk.

Warranty Disclaimer

If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may contact Apple, which may refund the purchase price (if applicable). Apple has no further warranty obligations.

A&B Business DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We make no guarantee that predictions or feedback will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for your expectations.

A&B Business is responsible for addressing any claims by you or third parties relating to ReelBoost or your use of the app, including:

Intellectual Property Rights

ReelBoost analyzes videos intended for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit any content for analysis.

If a third party claims that the ReelBoost app or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, A&B Business — not Apple — is responsible for managing, defending, and resolving such claims.

Payments and Refunds

All payments and refunds are handled by your app store provider.
A&B Business does not process refunds directly.

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
